UCEP Bangladesh offers technical support services to NGOs and private training institutes on a fee-for-service basis, creating a sustainable avenue for revenue generation. With decades of experience in competency-based training and assessment (CBT&A), curriculum development, trainer capacity building, and industry linkage, UCEP is well-positioned to support institutions in enhancing the quality and relevance of their training programs. Services include institutional capacity assessment, curriculum design and standardization, trainer competency development, and quality assurance system strengthening aligned with national and international standards.
Through these services, UCEP aims to contribute to the overall improvement of the TVET ecosystem by sharing its proven, demand-driven training model and job placement practices. At the same time, this initiative supports UCEP’s transition towards a more sustainable, social enterprise approach—leveraging its expertise as a center of excellence to generate income while continuing to expand opportunities for disadvantaged youth.
