Ms. Niloufer Mahmood

Ms. Niloufer Mahmood had been associated with UCEP Bangladesh since 1992 and was a dedicated educationist and social worker.

She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Geography from Dhaka University and later pursued a Master’s in Child Psychology from Oklahoma State University. Beginning her career as a lecturer at Home Economics College, Dhaka, she later served as Principal at several prestigious institutions, including BWA School Chittagong, Shaheed Bir Uttam Anwar School and College, and Shaheen Public School and College. She was also the founding principal of Hermann Gmeiner School and College, Dhaka.

Beyond her contributions to education, Ms. Mahmood was actively involved in social initiatives. She served as an Executive Committee Member of the United World College (UWC Bangladesh National Committee), Education Secretary of WVA, and a Chartered Member of Rotary International.
