Former Secretary

Mr. Shyamal Kanti Ghosh is a UCEP Bangladesh Association member and a former Secretary of the Ministry of Agriculture. He has also served as the Director General of the Directorate of Primary Education (DPE). Mr. Ghosh has made significant contributions to the public sector, particularly in education and agriculture and environment friendly initiatives.
