Mr. Shib Narayan Kairy joined UCEP Bangladesh in 2020 and served as a member of the UCEP Board of Governors (2023-2024). He is currently the Chief Operating Officer of Sajida Foundation, bringing over 35 years of experience in financial leadership.
Previously, he served as Treasurer of BRAC University and Chief Financial Officer of BRAC and BRAC International for nearly a decade. Starting his career as an Accounts Assistant at BRAC, he played a key role in strengthening the organization’s financial transparency, contributing to BRAC’s ICAB National Award for Best Published Accounts and Reports (2004-2017).
Mr. Kairy also holds honorary Chairperson roles at Dhaka Handicrafts Ltd. and INAFI Bangladesh and serves as Vice Chairperson of Ghasful. He holds an M. Com in Accounting from the University of Dhaka.
