Former Secretary to the Government of Bangladesh

Mr. Md. Nazrul Islam Khan is a Member of UCEP Association and a Retired Secretary to the Government of Bangladesh. He previously served as the National Project Director of the Access to Information Programme at the Prime Minister’s Office. With an excellent academic background, Mr. Khan has been instrumental in driving various innovative projects and initiatives to build Digital Bangladesh.
