Mr. M. Mokammel Haque is an honorable Member of UCEP Association and served as the Chairperson of the Board of Governors from January to July 2005. He has held key leadership roles in Bangladesh’s financial and government sectors, including as Independent Director of Pioneer Insurance Company Ltd., Chairman of Janata Insurance Company Ltd., and Director of Rupali Bank Ltd.

With a distinguished career in public service, Mr. Haque served as Secretary in the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Land, Ministry of Commerce, and Ministry of Health. Additionally, he played pivotal roles as Vice-Chairman of the Export Promotion Bureau (EPB), Executive Chairman of the Board of Investment (BOI), and Member of the Planning Commission’s Socio-Economic Infrastructure Division.

Currently, he is the Chairman of the Kabi Mozammel Haque Foundation, continuing his contributions to social and economic development.
