Lt. Col. Hesamuddin Ahmed, psc. (Retd.) served as the Vice Chairperson of the UCEP Board of Governors for two terms, from January 2003 to December 2004 and January 2007 to December 2008, demonstrating his commitment to social development. He was also the Chairperson of the Ex-Defence Officers’ Association (EDA), the predecessor of RAOWA. Beyond his distinguished military career, he made significant contributions to the country’s business and development sectors.
