An event was organized to bid farewell to the outgoing Australian High Commissioner, Her Excellency Ms. Julia Niblett, a true friend of UCEP Bangladesh.

Ms. Niblett played a vibrant role to inaugurate the project ‘Quality Education and Skills for Transformation’ (QuEST), emphasizing on providing Second Chance Education to Hard-To-Reach underprivileged children maintaining gender parity, Vocational Skills training to youth especially female, people with disabilities and ethnic minorities, Job-placement & apprenticeship services provided to vocational skills training graduates, engaging Community members in activities to promote rights to education, training and employment especially of girls/women.

UCEP Bangladesh also thanked her for her persistent effort to strengthen the kinship between Bangladesh & Australia.
