Dr. Rubana Ahmed has been associated with UCEP Bangladesh since 2015. She is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Economics & Social Sciences at BRAC University and also teaches at the Bangladesh Institute of Governance & Management. With a background in Public Policy and Political Economy, Dr. Ahmed has contributed to various research institutes throughout her career, further strengthening her expertise in the field.
