Ms. Mafruha Sultana
UCEP Bangladesh has established an Office of the Ombudsperson and appointed Ms. Mafruha Sultana to the position, effective 01 September 2021.
Ms. Sultana is a former Secretary of the Rural Development & Cooperatives Division, Ministry of LGRD & Cooperatives and has held several prestigious positions throughout her distinguished career.
The Ombudsperson will operate with strict confidentiality for those seeking services within the organization, maintain impartiality regarding concerns raised, function at an informal level within the organizational system, and remain independent of formal organizational structures.
