Mr. Md. Rafiquzzaman, a UCEP Association member, has over 36 years of experience in the Bangladesh Civil Service (Administration). He started as an Assistant Commissioner in 1983 and later served as Director General at the National Institute of Mass Communication (NIMC), Chief Executive of BCTI, and Secretary of the Information Commission of Bangladesh. He has held key roles in various ministries, including Additional Secretary in the Ministry of Civil Aviation and Tourism, Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Education, and Director General in the Bureau of Non-Formal Education. Mr. Rafiquzzaman holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Physics from Dhaka University.
