With the aim of exploring possible partnership for the upcoming Khulna project, Managing Director, SED accompanied by SMT members met with Ms. Sultana Afroz, Secretary to Government and CEO of the Public Private Partnership Authority (PPPA) on 30th May 2021. Ms. Afroz assured to extend PPPA support to UCEP Bangladesh for implementing Sonadanga and other possible future projects.
UCEP Bangladesh observed Cheyne Day 2019. 33rd death anniversary of Lindsay Allan Cheyne, father of UCEP Bangladesh. Teams comprising students and officials of UCEP Bangladesh led by Ms Parveen Mahmud FCA, Chairperson of the Board of Governors of UCEP Bangladesh, paid homage by placing wreaths on Mr. Cheyne’s cemetery in Narinda, Dhaka.
