The monthly program review meeting is one of the regular events for the education program of UCEP Bangladesh, every school regularly organizes the monthly program review meeting with all teaching staff. This meeting usually organizes for discussing the — 1. Identification of School-related Challenges. 2. School-related activities, progress, challenges, and way out. 3. School related Strategic Planning. 4. Enhanced Communication with colleague, Guardian and community people. 5. Staff Development activities. 6. The programmatic issues; academic and operational. 7. The students’ progress & teacher performance.
