Each school of UCEP Bangladesh has its own Child Council consisting of 15 members elected by the students. So, each year the Child Council is formed festively like the government election. The roles and responsibilities of the Child Council Members (CCM) of students; ensure the discipline of students; encourage them to engage and lead to organize the regular assembly to maintain the cleanliness of the school compound and personal hygiene; assist to develop and storage of teaching aids, lead to organize different modality and co-curricular activities. On the other hand to communicate the people aware of their rights, child labor, the negative impact of early marriage, the importance of child education, etc. The CCMs sit for the meeting once a month regularly. They also sit with the teachers and Head of the Technical School to discuss the academic progress, school, and students related issues. This year, the Child Council election was held on 14 February 2023.
