Mr. Md. Habibur Rahman is a Managing Director of Citadel Developers Ltd. He has held significant leadership positions, including President of Tumchar Primary School and Tumchar Jame Mosque & Madrasha, Vice President of Gulshan South Park Limited, and Former Vice President of Niketan Welfare Society in Gulshan, Dhaka. Professionally, Mr. Rahman has been an Associate of Quantum Foundation since 2012, serving as a Pro-Master, and has collaborated with Shimizu Corporation, Japan, for 15 years as a Construction Associate and Sub-Contractor.
