Hoshneara has faced the harshness of poverty because her father does not work for earning.Her mother’s income as day laborer in the construction sites was the only source of income to run the family. She is eldest of the three sisters. At her younger age she had to look after the younger sisters as her mother went for work.In such impoverished situation, it was out of their thought to go to school and have education. Eventually Hoshneara’s dream of going to school was almost shattered. One day, Her mother came to know about UCEP school from a neighbor and she admitted Hoshneara in UCEP general school in grade VIII. After completing the general education, She was enrolled to UCEP Technical School and received skills training from Tailoring and Sewing Operation trade funded by CITI Foundation. After training she got the job as Operator with monthly salary of Taka 8,800. Hosna said that, the training of UCEP is very useful at her workplace. She wants to study more and do a better job and have a better life in future. She expressed her gratitude to the supporter of her training because for the training she got the job and able to support her family.
